I Love My New Toys!

It has been a very fun past few weeks with Drew. Every day he learns something new. Last weekend we had our final Christmas with Brandon's Dad, his brother Brian, Amy and Camden and Cade. Amy and Brian gave Drew a bouncy zebra ( see picture) which he just loves to bounce on. Last Monday, Brandon and I had the day off, we took Drew to the indoor playground. He usually runs around and hands toys to other kiddos. This time he took a little girl's arm and lead her out of a play house. Then he shut the house's door and said no, no. I guess he wanted it all to himself. It really caught me off guard. We will have to do a quick lesson on sharing. Also at the indoor playground we realized Drew loved the riding toys, so we got him one of his own. He loved it( see picture). Our house is slowly being over-taken toys!

I'm so handsome

I just had so many cute pics of Drew from Christmas that I just had to post them. Most of these pictures are of Drew is his Christmas outfit that Grandpa and Grandma Rasmussen got for him. We are all still recoving from the joy of the holiday season. Drew recieved so many great things for christmas, that we had to start moving toys to the basement. One of these pictures are of Drew with one of his new favorite toys his mop. He loved to follow Grandma Rasmussen around and imitate her cleaning up the house. Drew has been saying more words lately (bye, bye, oh-n0, du for duck, no, and pa pa). He is starting to enjoy ring around the rosey, patty cake (he will roll his arms), and giving fives. He is signing "please", "milk".

Presents, Presents, Presents

We had a wonderful Christmas with Drew. We enjoyed eating and watching Drew open present after present. Drew is really starting to get the hang of opening those presents. Drew's current loves are going down his new little tikes slide, eating, and anything with the Disney Cars characters. He loves saying "voom" for all of the characters. Drew seems to be picking up new things everyday. He is starting to say some animal sounds and point to his nose and belly. He is also loving the word no. He is really keeping us on our toes.
