We have had a great last 2 weeks. Last week we went with friends to the Omaha zoo. Drew was in awe of all the animals. I think his favorite was the monkeys. We also spent a lot of time outside at the neighborhood park and on wagon rides. My mom came down this week while I was on spring break and Brandon was out of town. We attempted to shop with Drew, but as we found out shopping and a 17 month old little boy don't mix. He did enjoy it in Target when my cart and my mom's cart crashed ( that got a belly laugh). In the last 2 weeks Drew continues to get many bumps and bruises from all his climbing and jumping. New words: ganana (grandma), hippo, sally(from the movie Cars), Doc (from the movie cars), peaches,tb (tv), teeth, thank you, please) He is now able to say many animal sounds (cow, pig, horse, sheep, dog, kitty, monkey, loin, frog (this is the funniest and his favorite to say), bee). He can point to his teeth, belly, eyes, mouth, ears, nose).
